Dane Jensen (Gerard Butler) is working at Chicago’s biggest recruiting agency. Lynn Vogel (Alison Brie) is biggest rival and soon he is able to get with him head to head. His professional career is at the peak. His life gets a u turn when his son Ryan (Max Jenkins), who is only 10 year, gets diagnosed with cancer.
